You will observe/practice fermentation techniques on the following ferments:

- Brined Vegetables
- Kombucha Tea
- Milk Kefir
You will prepare two jars of vegetables to take home and share. Whilst also receiving pre-packed SCOBY’s to enable you to make Kombucha and Milk Kefir yourself.
